2. HISTORY

Established in 2007 after earthquake destroyed in Bantul Yogyakarta that killed 6 thousand people and made hundreds people become disabled. YPCM commits to help productive disabled to work, get income for their living, so they become meaningful for their environment. Now, there are 20 disabled become our workers and staff.

3. VISION

Assisting the disabled become independent and prosperous in the inclusivity of indonesian people.

4. MISSION

-  Give works opportunity and income for the disabled
-  Creating full honesty togetherness with everybody without discrimination..
-  Minimizing negative perseption from people about the disabled

5. IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM

To implement our purpose and objectives, YPCM arranged activities include :

a.   Social
1)  Arranged training and social service for the disabled, cooperate with Formal and non
     Formal Institution.

2)  Established orphanage for the disabled.

Nowadays, there are 3 disabled stayed in our dormitory. 16 disabled lived with their family.

3)  Established sport development.

3 member become athlete in lawn tenis and archery.

4)  Science research.

Many students from the famous university, arranged research cooperation in order to finish program S1, S2, and D3.

5)  Working practice and comparative study for the disabled.

We are periodicly become working practice place for the disabled from BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso Solo, BRTPD Pundong DIY and SLB Negeri 2 Yogyakarta.

b.   Humanitarian

1)  Provided assistance for the victims of natural disasters.

Our building became evacuation place for victims of merapi volcano eruption in 2010.

2)  Provided assistance for the disabled.

Nowadays, we gave work opportunities and income for 19 disabled in wooden crafting sector. They produced educative wooden toys for kids in playgroup and kindergarten.

3)  Provided consumer protection.

Our product using a non-toxic paint that secure for kids.

4)  Preserved the environment.

To supporting green program from government on Indonesian republic, we together with Rotary Club of Mataram Yogyakarta planted 700 ( seven hundred) sengon and mango trees in edge of Nagal river in sub district of Prambanan in 2010.
